About Papero

Papero is a private website of everyday form templates for people in the United States. You fill a page in the browser and print it, or you download a PDF that your own device builds. There is no account.

There are two kinds of paper. Official forms belong to the agency that wrote them. Papero links to those agencies and does not redraw their forms. Custom templates are the rest: a rental application for a landlord who still takes paper, a permission letter for a camp, a roommate agreement, a medication list, a refund letter. They are useful when the recipient will read a clear page. They are useless, and sometimes harmful, when the recipient required a numbered government form.

The site is in English. Fill the form, print it or download the PDF, and hand that page to the person who asked for it.
