Official government forms
Papero is not an agency. The links below leave this site and open the office that actually publishes the form. File there. Do not file a Papero page with the IRS, USCIS, Social Security, a court, or a state motor vehicle office.
- USA.gov
The federal finder for benefits, vital records, and many services. Start here when you are not sure which agency owns the form.
- IRS
Tax forms and instructions, including Form W-4 and Form W-9. Papero does not prepare a return and does not replace these.
- USCIS
Immigration forms, including Form I-9 for employers. A homemade immigration form is rejected.
- Social Security
Card applications, benefit forms, and replacement cards. Papero never collects a full Social Security number.
- US Department of Labor
Workplace posters and wage-and-hour material. A private timesheet does not replace a required poster.
- HUD
Housing counseling and federal housing programs. A Papero rental page is not a HUD lease and not a lead-paint pamphlet.
- EPA lead disclosure
The federal lead-based paint disclosure rule for most housing built before 1978.
Driver licenses, titles, and plates are state matters. Each state runs its own motor vehicle agency, and the packet is different in Texas than it is in Maine. Use USA.gov to find your state office. Papero's vehicle pages are a bill of sale, an inspection list, and a maintenance log. They do not move the title.
Schools, landlords, banks, and hospitals often publish a form and then refuse any other page. When they do, their form wins. Use a Papero template when they told you a plain letter or a plain information sheet is acceptable, or when you need a private record between two people.
Questions
Where do I get a real IRS, USCIS, or Social Security form?
Use the agency link on this page: IRS forms and instructions, USCIS forms, and Social Security forms. Do not file a Papero page in their place.
Does Papero transfer a vehicle title?
No. Titles, plates, and driver licenses are handled by your state motor vehicle office. A Papero bill of sale is supporting paper. USA.gov can point you to the state office.
What about a lease or a lead-paint disclosure?
A Papero rental page is not a HUD lease and not the EPA lead-paint pamphlet. Housing built before 1978 still needs the federal disclosure. HUD and EPA links are on this page.
